This article contains steps on how to top up a Prepay mobile with a debit or credit card via the My One NZ app.

Steps

1. Log into the My OneNZ app
2. Tap the Top up tile
   

   

3. The Top up screen appears
4. Tap on the amount you want to Top up
   

   

5. Tap Complete $$ Payment

If your customer is not using an existing payment method and would like to add NEW debit or credit card, follow the below steps:

1. Hit the dropdown arrow next to the existing card and select Use another credit/debit card.

   

2. Tick the box to save the card details for next time. Select Continue.
   

   

3. Enter the new payment details, then Submit.
   

   

Note that customers bank may request for additional authorisation to complete this request.
