This article covers how you can change the email address associated with your My One NZ or CustomerZone Account.
Before you begin
Confirm you are following the correct process by checking if you are a One NZ A,B or C customer .
If you need to update the email address that your bill is sent to, follow Update bill email address through My One NZ
Steps
My One NZ Web (One NZ A)
- Sign in to My One NZ
, selecting My One NZ
- At the top of the screen, point your mouse cursor over Profile and select My details
- In the Email address section, click Edit
- Enter your new email address
- Click Save
My One NZ Web (One NZ B)
- Sign in to Internet & Landline
, selecting Internet & landline
- In the My One NZ section, click Update Contact Details
- In the Other details section, enter your new email address in the Email address field
- Click Save my details
CustomerZone
- Sign in to Customer Zone
- In the Manage My Profile section, click Edit My Details
- Enter your new email address in the Email Address field
- Click Submit
