This page explains how to update a direct debit from a credit card using My One NZ for desktop.
Before you begin
Confirm you are following the correct process by checking if you are a One NZ A,B or C customer .
If you need to cancel a direct debit, follow Payments | Cancel Direct Debit via Credit Card (One NZ B)
Steps
- Log into My One NZ
selecting Internet & Landline
- From the left hand menu select Credit Card Payments
- Tick Use this credit card to pay all future invoices automatically on the due date
- Enter your credit card details
- Click Submit
