My One NZ | Cancel a Prepay Add-On

This page explains how to cancel a Prepay Add-on using My One NZ on our app or website.

Before you begin

  • The remaining Add-On entitlement will still be available until the renewal date
  • When you reach the renewal date, the Add-On will no longer be available
  • By not topping up - your Add On will automatically drop off if you do not have any credit on your account.

Steps

Follow the steps below to see how you can remove an Add-On from your Prepay connection.

My One NZ App

  1. Log into the My One NZ app
  2. Tap the Add-Ons tile on the main page.

    Alternatively you can scroll down to Plan & Add-Ons then select All available Add-Ons

  3. In the Active Add-Ons section, find the relevant Add-On and click Cancel
  4. Tap Yes

    A message appears saying

    "One moment please while we process the Add-On removal"


    After the Add-On is successfully cancelled, a message appears to confirm the Add-On will not be renewed next month.

My One NZ Web

  1. Sign into My One NZ  selecting My One NZ

  2. Point your mouse cursor over Product & services and select Plan & Add-Ons

  3. From the Select a service drop-down menu, select the required mobile number

  4. In the My Add-Ons section, find the Add-On which needs to be removed and click Cancel
  5. Click Cancel my deal
A notification confirming the Add-On has been cancelled appears.
