This page explains how to buy prepay Add-Ons using our app, website or via TXT.
Before you begin
An Add-On automatically renews each month on the date it was first purchased.
- If you don't have enough credit, your Add-On goes on hold, for 14 days
- Once activated, Add-Ons automatically renew each month until you cancel them or don't top up in time while they are on hold
Steps
Follow the steps below to see how you can purchase a Prepay Add-On.
My One NZ Web
- Log into My One NZ
, selecting My One NZ
- Point your mouse cursor over Product & services and select Plan & Add-Ons
- From the Select a service drop-down menu, select the required mobile number
- In the My Add-Ons section, find the Add-On you wish to purchase and click BuyThe Add-On section expands and requests that you confirm the purchase
- Click ConfirmAfter clicking Confirm, a confirmation banner appears at the top of the page (it can take up to 2 minutes for the process to complete).
My One NZ App
- Log into the My One NZ app
- Tap the Add-Ons tile (Alternatively you can scroll down to Plan & Add-Ons then select All available Add-Ons)
- Choose the Add-On you want and follow the prompts.
A message appears confirming you have purchased the Add-On.
