Do I get charged for TXTs that are not received?

Charges apply from the time you send a TXT, we can't guarantee that the message will be received but we'll keep trying to deliver it for 2 days. Messages that are sent but not received will still be charged.

Can I share Add-Ons with the sharing group

You can only share data Add-Ons between Red Share plans and the Red+ package. Any other calling or TXT related Add-Ons cannot be shared with other members in the sharing group.

My BestMate has gone overseas

If someone listed as part of your BestMate Add-On goes overseas, they will pay to receive calls from you.
