Requesting a Port from One NZ
To port your number from us to another network, you need to contact the service provider you want to move to and ask them to begin the porting process with us.
They will follow their own internal network process to contact us and request a number port on your behalf.
Charges and Balances
Pay Monthly
If you port from an Pay Monthly
connection to another service provider, we will send you a final bill with any charges up to the time the port was completed. Please be aware that you are liable for any contractual obligations or charges associated with your connection while it is on our network, including a standard 30 day notice period.
Prepay
If you port your Prepay number from us to another service provider, please be aware that any remaining Prepay credit balance is not transferred to your new connection.
It is not possible to have your Prepay balance refunded if you port your number out.
