Early Termination Charges | BizMobile

If you have signed up for the BizMobile service for a minimum term, and before the end of that minimum term:

You terminate the BizMobile service or downgrade your BizMobile service (see clause 12.2 of our Standard Business Terms and Conditions);

You terminate your Agreement with us without cause (see clause 12.2 of our Standard Business Terms and Conditions); or

We terminate all or part of your Agreement with us for reasons such as material breach of the Agreement or liquidation, bankruptcy or receivership (see clause 12.3 of our Standard Business Terms and Conditions); then we may require you to pay the ETCs set out below.

What are the ETCs?

Our standard ETCs for BizMobile are determined by the balance of months left in the minimum term of your existing Agreement.

In addition, if we have subsidised the cost of any hardware (i.e. handset or modem), you may be required to pay the amount of that subsidy multiplied by the number of months remaining in the minimum term at the date of termination divided by the total number of months in the minimum term.*

The above ETCs replace the early termination charges referred to in clause 13.2 of our Standard Business Terms and Conditions, in relation to the BizMobile service only.

Other fees may apply as outlined in the Agreement for your BizMobile service.
