To delete your My One NZ account, you need to contact us (it cannot be deleted using self-service).

We'll need to verify who you are
When you call us, you'll need access to your emails - we'll send a one-time confirmation code to your My One NZ sign-in email address.
Your My One NZ account will be permanently deleted
- This process is irreversible
- All of your access will be removed
To use My One NZ in the future, you'll need to register an email address again and add back any of the accounts or services you need access to.
