Steps
Follow these steps to add a One NZ Pass or see how you can view your One NZ Pass activity.
Get One NZ Pass through My One NZ App
- Log into My One NZ
- Tap on the Add-Ons tile
- Tap on Buy Passes
- Choose your pass
- Tap on the Pass to see the options
- Tap Buy
- Tap Confirm to complete your purchase
Get a One NZ Pass My One NZ Web
- Log into My One NZ
selecting My One NZ
- Hover your curser over Products & Services, select Plan & Add-Ons
- View and select your Pass
- Click Buy
- Click Confirm
Manage One NZ Pass through My One NZ App
- Log into My one NZ
- Tap on the Add-Ons tile
- Tap on Passes
- Tap on the pass to view your activity.
Manage One NZ Pass through My One NZ Web
- Log into My One NZ

- Hover your curser over Products & Services, select Plan & Add-Ons
- View your Pass
Using My One NZ on the web, you can see when your pass will renew, how much of the Pass you've used, details of the Pass and if you want to you can repurchase the Pass as well.
