The Enterprise Offer Programme provides a discount on plans that come with a new mobile, or if you simply can't part with your current mobile, you could get a discounted SIM-only calling plan.
These offers are available to employees of companies that are confirmed participants of the One NZ Enterprise Offer Programme, and are limited to one connection per employee.
How do I sign up?
Eligible customers can sign up to the discount scheme by:
- Taking a new mobile number
- Bringing a mobile number from another provider
- Changing plan to the eligible plan, if they're on an Open Term plan or if their contract has ended
- Moving from a Prepay plan.
Standard processes for signing up and set up will apply, including a credit check. Please be sure to enter your corporate email address during the sign up process, in the 'Personal Details' section before check out.
Can I apply for the staff discount for my current plan?
If you're currently in contract, enterprise staff offer discount cannot be applied. However, if you are on an open term plan or your contract has ended, you can re-sign to any of the enterprise staff offer at one.nz/enterprise-offers
.
What Broadband offers are available?
If you sign up to one of these special offers, you could be eligible for a discount on your One NZ Broadband and Home Phone services:
- Broadband with Home Phone: Get a $10 discount off the price of selected Broadband or Broadband bundle packages by linking an eligible On Account mobile calling plan. Here are the details on our Broadband and Home Phone bundles .
- Naked Broadband: Don't need a home phone? Save with a Broadband-only package, and for an extra $10 discount just link it to your One NZ Pay Monthly mobile calling plan. Here are the details on our Broadband-only bundles .
What if I upgrade or change my plan?
The discount you receive as part of the One NZ Enterprise Offer Programme will be terminated if you move onto a non-eligible plan or leave One NZ.
I am a One NZ customer; can I still get a discount?
Yes, you can claim the discount if you're an existing customer on an open term plan (or finished your contract term). If you still have time remaining on your contract term, unfortunately the Enterprise Offer discount cannot be applied until your term ends. If you want to know how long your existing contract runs for, please call 777 from your One NZ mobile. Please note, the offers can be redeemed online only, so our service team (777) will not be able to provide these offers.
Can I keep my number if I take up a deal?
Yes, you can. When you sign up to the you will have the option to:
- Use your current One NZ number or
- Transfer your number from another provider
It doesn't cost anything, you keep your number and we do it all for you - it's that easy.
I already have a One NZ SIM; will you send me a new one?
No, we will not send you a new SIM card. You can use your current one. However, if you are changing your device i.e. to iPhone 6s, we may need to send you a new SIM card to fit that mobile.
Will the discount display in My One NZ?
No, the standard plan price is displayed on the My One NZ app or you could view your bill online in My One NZ. The discount will also be correctly display as a separate line item on your bill.
What if I don't have a corporate email address?
If you don't have access to a work email, please enter your personal address instead when you sign up. Please keep in mind this offer is only available to current employees of a nominated company and will be able to apply for maximum of one mobile offer. Friends and Family members are not eligible for this offer.
What are the mobile broadband and fixed line broadband plan discounts?
If you are in one of the eligible plans you will get a $10 discount when you sign up to one of these mobile broadband
plans.
My discount hasn't been applied
Please remember that your discounted plan price won't display in My One NZ. It is displayed on your bill though. If your bill information is wrong, call us on 0800 837 867 with your order number between Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm.
I'm a mobile customer. How do I sign-up to the offer?
You can sign up at https://one.nz/enterprise-offers
. During this process, which includes switching to a new plan and term, you can select "I want to use my current One NZ number", you can keep your existing number and have the enterprise staff discount apply to this number.
Could I get a plan with a different mobile phone than the ones shown?
For these offers we only have the devices under Get a plan with a new mobile tab. If you would like any other mobile you could check out our Pay Monthly plans that come with a mobile phone
, but bear in mind the Enterprise Offer Programme doesn't apply to these.
Can I gift the offer to a Friend or Family member?
No, unfortunately this isn't possible. These offers are available to employees of companies that are confirmed participants of the One NZ Enterprise Offer Programme, and are limited to one connection per employee.
How long does a discount last?
The discount applies for the term of the eligible plan you have signed up for. For Open Term plans, the discount will apply as long as you remain on that plan.
