Broadband | Change your password (One NZ B)

This article walks you through the steps to change your One NZ broadband password if you are a One NZ B customer.

Before you begin

Confirm you are following the correct process by checking if you are a One NZ A,B or C customer .

Your One NZ broadband password is used to connect your modem to the One NZ network (and it's your email password) for ADSL and VDSL broadband in My One NZ.

Changing your password is only available via My One NZ on the web.

Steps

  1. Sign in to My One NZ , selecting Internet & landline

  2. In the Internet section, click Change Passwords
    Please Note: If the Change Passwords option does not appear, you may have used an email-only account. Please check your details and log in again using your broadband username and password.
  3. From the Which password do you wish to change drop-down menu, select the account you wish to modify
    You can tell the difference between accounts by what is written in the brackets e.g. (internet account)
  4. Complete the Enter a new password and Confirm your new password fields and click Change password
    After clicking Change password, your Internet password is updated.

    You will need to update your password on your modem otherwise you will be disconnected from the Internet.
