- Check you've got an eligible mobile phone and plan.
- Make sure you're on the latest phone software.
- Ensure you've got the latest version of your apps, and that satellite data is setup. Check how to do this here.
While you're out in the wop-wops
- Make sure you can see the sky.
- Look for the One NZ SpaceX network banner on your phone, which indicates you are connected to a satellite.
