How One Upgrade works

1. Buy a phone on interest free
Buy any Samsung, Apple, or OPPO phone on an interest free term with an eligible Pay Monthly plan.

2. Add One Upgrade
Add One Upgrade for $10 per month when you buy your new phone in-store or online.

3. Upgrade in-store
Upgrade to a new interest free phone anytime after the first 30 days of your interest free term. A redemption fee may apply based on your phone's condition and when you upgrade.

Assessing the condition of your phone

A good condition phone must:
  1. Turn on - and stay on.
  2. Have a functioning screen (no green lines, no pink screen, no dead pixels/light spots, no touch screen issues).
  3. Have no issues with functions, such as buttons, cameras not working, WiFi not working, Face ID not working, Bluetooth not working, issues making or receiving calls.
  4. Have no cosmetic damage aside from normal wear and tear (e.g. no chips on the casing, no heavy scratching on casing, no deep scratches on the screen, no cracks on the screen).
