You can get One NZ Rewards by going to https://one.nz/rewards.

Business | Why do I have to give 30 days notice to cancel my account?

The obligation to give 30 days' notice in our agreements is mutual. It means that we can't turn your services off one day without telling you. If we do need to end our agreement you will have 30 days to locate another service provider and smoothly transition to their services. We realise that if we didn't give you any notice that would be inconvenient for your business.

Stop the TXTs about a bill

For mobile customers, you can easily change your bill settings in My One NZ.

Can I have more than one Wireless Broadband service on my bill?

Yes, each Wireless Broadband service (Rural or Home Wireless Broadband) will need to be setup and installed separately but can appear on the same bill.
