A contact on an account is someone who can ask questions about an account and may have authority to make changes. If someone is not loaded as a contact on an account, they won't be able to make changes to the account or have access to any account-specific information.
The table below describes what actions Authorised Contacts on the account can and cannot perform on behalf of the Account Owner.

To add or remove authorised contacts from your account, you can either contact us on 0508 888 800 or to change it online, simply follow the steps below.
Updating Customer Zone
View existing contact
- Log into Customer Zone , selecting Customer Zone
- On the right side of the screen under Account Users & Roles, you can see the list of authorised contacts
Add a new contact
- Log into Customer Zone , selecting Customer Zone
- In the Account Users & Roles section, click Add a New Account User
- Enter the new authorised contact's details
- In the Assign Role section, select the type of access the contact should have:
- Authorised Prime: Full access
- Information only: View information only (cannot make any changes)
- Click SUBMIT
Delete an existing contact
Please note: The main authority (this is the person who opened the Account) cannot be deleted. If you wish to change the main authority, please contact us on 0508 888 800 to organise this.
- Log into Customer Zone , selecting Customer Zone
- In the Account Users & Roles section, click Delete next to the contact name you wish to remove
After clicking Delete, the contact will be immediately removed from your account.
