This article explains how to top up another person's Prepay mobile using a credit card or voucher through the My One NZ app.

Steps

1. Log into the My One NZ app
2. Scroll down and tap Top up & pay bill
   

   

3. Tap Top up another number
   

   

4. Enter the mobile number you want to top up

   From the drop-down select either
   

   • the mobile you want to top up or
   • select Top up Another Mobile and enter the number you want to top up
5. Select your top up method
   

   Credit Card

   • For Choose your Top up method, select Credit Card
   • Select the Amount to Top up
   • Choose credit or debit card you want to make your payment with

   Recharge Voucher

   • For Choose your Top up method select Recharge Voucher
   • Enter the Voucher number
6. Tap Confirm
