This article explains how to top up another person's Prepay mobile using a credit card or voucher through the My One NZ app.

Steps

1. Sign in to the My One NZ app or website
2. Go to Top up
   

   

3. Select Top up another number
   

   

4. From the list, choose:
   
   • A saved mobile number
     or
   • Top up another number and enter the number
5. Select your top up method
   

   Credit Card or Debit Card

   • Choose Credit or debit card as your top up method
     

     

   • Select the amount you want to top up
   • Choose the credit or debit card you want to pay with, or enter new card details.
   • Select Continue
     
     You may receive a one-time password by TXT from your bank, or be asked to approve the payment in your banking app. Enter or approve this to complete the payment
     
     

     

     
     Once the security check is completed, the top up will be processed.

   Recharge Voucher

   • For Choose your Top up method select Recharge Voucher
   • Enter the Voucher number
