How to stop receiving alerts?

Simply reply to the Message Alert you have received with 'STOP'. it will automatically cancel this Message Alert.

How often will I receive my alert?

Most Message Alert TXTs are still scheduled to be delivered as you receive them today. However, we are making changes to the frequency of some alerts.  If you currently receive our free weekly music alert - you will now receive this free music TXT with special offers, news, prizes and ticket give-aways up to 5 times a week.  

Am I going to pay more?

Most Message Alert customers will not pay more.  However you may pay more if you are signed up to multiple alerts on one service.  

For example for the current price of 99c per week you can sign up to a number of Message Alerts from our sports package - currently no matter how many Message Alerts you are signed up to there is a fixed cost of 99c per week.

Under the new system you will be charged for each Message Alert TXT you receive.  If this is the case then we'd recommend you check which Message Alerts you are signed up to and cancel any that you no longer want.
