There are a range of ways you can pay your One Business bill. You can set up a regular payment, use your online banking, the One Business Portal or pop into NZ Post in person.

Please note: These payment details should only be used if your bill has One NZ D  under Payment Options (or REF: VNGS on the top right corner) of the first page.
If your bill doesn't have One NZ D on the first page- use these payment details .

Select a way to pay

Regular payments (Direct Debit or Variable Credit Card payments)

1. Go to the One Business Portal login page  
   

2. From the Finances menu, select the drop down Make a Payment

3. In the Payment Forms section, click the required form (Direct debit or Credit card)
   Complete the Direct Debit or Credit Card form and post it to the address on the form
   

Internet banking

The best way of making a payment through online banking is by selecting the payee One NZ D.

Alternatively, you can pay directly into the One NZ Next Generation Services bank account

One-off Credit Card

NZ Post

1. Remove the slip at the bottom of your bill and enter the amount you are paying
   
2. Take the slip to the NZ Post shop and make a payment at the counter
