My One NZ | Change My One NZ profile details

This article covers how you can change personal details associated with your My One NZ account if you a One NZ A customer.

Before you begin

Confirm you are following the correct process by checking if you are a One NZ A,B or C customer .

This process is only compatible if you are One NZ A customer.

If you need to update the ownership or name on your account, you will need to complete a change form .

Steps

  1. Sign in to My One NZ , selecting My One NZ

  2. At the top of the screen, point your mouse cursor over Profile and select My details

  3. Click Edit next to the detail you want to update

  4. Make the required change
  5. Click Save
