Before you begin
Confirm you are following the correct process by checking if you are a One NZ A,B or C customer .
This process is only compatible if you are One NZ A customer.
If you need to update the ownership or name on your account, you will need to complete a change form
.
Steps
- Sign in to My One NZ
, selecting My One NZ
- At the top of the screen, point your mouse cursor over Profile and select My details
- Click Edit next to the detail you want to update
- Make the required change
- Click Save
