My One NZ | Change Billing Account Name

This page explains how to update your Billing Account name on the My One NZ.

Before you begin

This will change the name that appears on your bill.

Steps

My One NZ App

  1. Open the My One NZ app
  2. Scroll down and tap Account & billing

  3. Tap the Account Name tile

  4. Enter your preferred Billing Name

  5. Click Save
