This page explains how to update your Billing Account name on the My One NZ app.
This will change the name that appears on your bill.

Steps

1. Open the My One NZ app
2. Scroll down and tap Account & billing
   

   

3. Tap the Account Name tile
   

   

4. Enter your preferred Billing Name
   

   

5. Click Save
