Before you begin

or visit any One NZ store
and we can help to change your plan.
You can change your data allowance, or you can change from Endless data to Unlimited data.
Remember that we also have Group plans on Pay Monthly, which is a great option for family and small groups.
Change from Pay Monthly to Prepay
If you are currently on a Pay Monthly plan (also known as On Account) and want to change your mobile number to a Prepay plan, you must contact One NZ to make this change.
You cannot change from a Pay Monthly plan to Prepay through My One NZ Web or the My One NZ App.
