When you experience issues with your Home Phone Wireless, there are 4 things you can check.
1. Check that you've paid your bill
For your services to keep running smoothly, ensure your account payments are up to date .
2. Ensure the handset is charged and base unit is plugged in
If you've accidentally unplug your Home Phone Wireless base unit, you won't be able to make or receive phone calls. Don't worry, all you need to do is plug it back in.
The wireless handset is powered by a battery. If that battery runs out of power, it will turn off and you won't be able to make or receive phone calls. To fix this, just place the handset back on the base unit and the battery will recharge.
3. Try calling your home phone from another phone
If the phone shows an incoming call but doesn't ring, increase the ringer volume on the handset.
In cases where the phone doesn't ring at all, please contact our Customer Care team .
4. Check the signal bars on the handset
If your handset doesn't show any signal bars, check our Network Status page to see if there is a known outage in your area - if there is, we are currently working on restoring services in your area. Otherwise, please contact our Customer Care team .
