Direct Debit from a Bank Account | Dishonored payments

Direct Debit from your Bank Account can be dishonoured for one of the following reasons:

  • Insufficient funds in your customer's nominated bank account
  • We loaded Incorrect Direct Debit details in your customer's account
  • Your Customer provided incorrect Direct Debit details to us

If your payment has been dishonoured please contact us so we can rectify this so your account isn't suspended due to an overdue balance.
