Credits and adjustments - Home phone and Broadband

Any credits and adjustments will be shown in the itemisation section of your bill. These may show if you have recently changed or cancelled any plan. All prices exclude GST but will be added in the month's total.

Take a look at part month charges or your bill explained to find out how credits or other adjustments appear on your bill:

Promotion or discount not applied to my bill

Any discounts added part way through your current billing month may not appear on the current month's bill, however, it should appear on the next month's bill. If you still haven't received your discount, call us and we'll sort it for you.
