This article explains how to cancel a Pay Monthly (On Account) Add-On using My One NZ.
Before you begin
- You need either Customer or Account level of access. More about access levels >
- This feature is only available to our Pay Monthly customers using the My One NZ
Steps
- Log into the My One NZ app
- Tap the Add-Ons tile The My Usage screen appears
In the Active Add-Ons section, find the relevant Add-On and click cancel
A pop up message appears asking if you are sure you want to cancel the Add-On
- Tap Yes
A message appears saying One moment please while we process the Add-On removal
