Follow these steps to cancel a Pay Monthly Add-On in the My One NZ app.
Before you begin
- You’ll need Customer or Account level access. More about access levels
- This feature is only available to Pay Monthly customers in the My One NZ app
Steps
- Open the My One NZ app and sign in
Tap Buy Add-On
The My Usage screen appears
Under Active Add-Ons, find the Add-On you want to remove and tap Cancel
A pop up message appears asking if you are sure you want to cancel the Add-On
When asked to confirm, tap Yes
A message appears saying One moment please while we process the Add-On removal
