What is your CustomerZone password used for?
Your Account Password will be a 7 or 8-character password that is made up of either letters, numbers or a mixture of both. You would have set up your Account Password when you signed up with us.
This password can be used for a number of different things including:
- Entering the Customer Zone
- Viewing your bill online
- Entering the Clearnet My Account section
- Accessing the High Speed Internet Usage Meter
- Extra verification when you call us
What to do if you need to update or you have forgotten your password?
If you need to update or you have forgotten either your account password or your internet password you will need to call 0508 888 800 (+64 9 355 2007) and speak with a Customer Services Representative who will update these for you.
