- Getting Started: Here we will let you know how your order is progressing and confirm the details such as address and the dates involved
- Getting consent: If consent is required, we let you know if we have received all the documents required
- Agree: At this point it's about when the technician will visit to agree on the install plan for your property
- Build: When fibre will be connected to the outside of your house
- Connect: When the technician will connect fibre broadband inside your home and make sure everything is set up and working.
