Before you begin
If you would like to speak to a One NZ agent, you can call us
or visit any One NZ store
and we can help to change your plan.
You can change your data allowance, or you can change from Endless data to Unlimited data.
Remember that we also have Group plans on Pay Monthly, which is a great option for family and small groups.
If you are currently on a Pay Monthly plan (sometimes called On Account), and you want to switch to a Prepay plan, then simply contact us .
Steps:

- Select the Pay Monthly plan you would like, and then simply follow the prompts.
