How long is Prepay credit from a Top Up valid for?

Prepay credit from a Top Up is valid based on the plan you are on:

What happens when Prepay credit expires?

If you don't Top Up within 360/365 days:

You will lose any remaining balance.
Your mobile number will be deactivated, and recycled for someone else to use.

Before this happens, we will TXT you to remind you if you need to make a Top Up .

How to check when your Prepay credit expires?

You can find out when your credit expires by signing into My One NZ (desktop only) and navigating to the Plans & Add-Ons section. The date your credit expires appears below your balance.
