Your Prepay credit from a Top Up is valid for the following days based on the plan you are on:

What happens when credit expires.
If you don't Top Up within 360/365 days:
- You will lose any remaining balance.
- Your mobile number will be deactivated, and recycled for someone else to use.
Before this happens, we will TXT you to remind you if you need to make a Top Up .
How to see when your credit expires.
You can find out when your credit expires by signing into My One NZ (desktop only) and navigating to the Plans & Add-Ons section. The date your credit expires appears below your balance.
