Talk 0 plan | What if my nominated One NZ mobile switches to another provider?

Talk 0 is a deal for calling One NZ mobiles only so your Talk 0 plan will automatically close and you'll be charged normal mobile rates for any calls made if your nominated Talk 0 number is no longer with One NZ .

As it's your responsibility to make sure you keep your nominated numbers for Talk 0 up to date, it's a good idea to ask the owner/s of your nominated Talk 0 mobile/s to let you know if they change mobile providers. Then you can simply login to My One NZ  straight away to change your Talk 0 plan or call us on 0800 438 448.

We will send you an email if your Talk 0 number/s has moved providers, using the contact email address we have for you in My One NZ - so please make sure you update your contact details with us if they change.
