Soft limits let you create up to 3 different data profiles that can be applied to every user in your group and easily managed through My One NZ.
These limits do not stop a user's data usage. It allows administrators to keep track of excessive usage by turning on email reports .
For example:
- 5 GB for high users
- 2GB for medium users
- 1GB for low users
The limits can be changed at any time, and be automatically applied across any users who are currently assigned that profile.
