You can temporarily put a Pay Monthly account on hold for a period of up to three months by giving us one month's notice.
What should I do to put my mobile account on hold?
Any overdue payments and Interest Free Payments should be paid first.
If you have an Interest Free Payment on your account, you'll need to repay the full remaining amount before putting your account on hold.
Any overdue amount must be paid in full before we can put your account on hold. The current amount due can be paid on the next due date, however, we do recommend paying it in full when putting your account on hold to ensure the payment doesn't fall late.
What else should I know?
- A Pay Monthly account can only be placed on hold once within any 12-month period.
- Any Add-On bundles on your plan will need to be removed and re-added manually as they are not suspended. When your Add-Ons are re-added they will be pro-rated until the next bill cycle date.
