What is the Phone and Faxline service?

With this service you can receive fax and voice calls on one phone line, each with their own phone number and distinct ring. When the phone rings, you'll be able to distinguish (by the sound of the ring), which is a fax or a phone call. To do this, you'll need to be allocated a separate number for your fax machine, which is part of the service.

You should know

You should set voicemail to pick up after more rings than the fax machine. If the fax picks up after four rings, set voicemail to pick up after six.
