For any users who do exceed their soft limit, administrators have the ability to easily stop their access to mobile data through My One NZ . They can also restart them if continued mobile data is needed, or, they roll over into the next month and their data allocation resets.
Of course all users can also see their own data allocation and usage through the My One NZ app, and they'll receive real-time TXTs when they've reached 80% or 100% of their assigned data limit.
With this enhanced control and visibility, you can keep a closer eye on data usage without taking your eye off your business.
