Our Mobile Broadband software allows you to import contacts from either a SIM card or from a .csv format file (that can be created using popular word processing or spreadsheet programs). You can also back up your contacts in the same way:

• Click on Vodafone SMS in the main screen to start the SMS application
• Click on the File menu in the Vodafone SMS software
• Click Import Contacts or Export Contacts
• Select whether to import/export contacts to a CSV file or direct to your email software

For CSV, select a filename ending in .csv.

The .csv file format is: Contact Name, Phone Number

Each contact appears on a separate row with the two fields separated by commas (or semicolons, depending on your system settings) and the phone number must be enclosed in double quotation marks.
