This article explains how you can purchase a new Broadband plan through our website.

Start by browsing our selection of internet plans .

• First, check which connection type (i.e. VDSL broadband or Fibre broadband) that you can get at your address.
• Next, check the various options are right, and click Add to cart to continue.

• Then you can Checkout and go through our sign-up process. Please note you will need these:

  • Proof of ID (Driver's Licence/Passport).
  • Proof of address (a recent electricity bill for example).

As part of the process, you will be able to select whether you want to keep your phone number (if you want phone services) and we will also book in the installation, if that is required.

Please allow 1 work day from ordering online before contacting us as it takes that time to process your order.
