This article explains where you can find your serial number on your Prepay Mobile.

Why would you need your mobile serial number?

Sometimes, when we're moving your number to our network, we need a Prepay phone reference number.

You must be authorised to request the port of the mobile number to the new connection you are purchasing.

If you:

Have a SIM card - The number we need is the 16 or 17-digit number located on the back of your SIM card.
Don't have a SIM card - You will need to provide your mobile's serial number. The serial number is located on a sticker on the back of the mobile behind the battery. Some handsets have more than one serial number, we are interested in the 11-digit number only.
