CustomerZone | Change email address

This article covers how you can change the email address associated with your Customer Zone service.

Before you begin

Confirm you are following the correct process by checking if you are a One NZ A,B or C customer .

If you need to update the email address that your bill is sent to, follow Change billing delivery method through CustomerZone.

Steps

  1. Sign in to Customer Zone
  2. In the Manage My Profile section, click Edit My Details
  3. Enter your new email address in the Email Address field
  4. Click Submit
