A Credit Bar is a redirection placed on your account when you either have account payments that are overdue or have reached your credit limit. All outgoing calls you make will be redirected to a message service until your payment is received. You are still able to call emergency services on 111. You also won't be able to send TXTs or use data (internet on your mobile).
We'll send you a TXT to remind you about an unpaid bill to make a payment via a web link provided in the text or to pay by text by typing "YES" in response. The sender of the TXT will appear as 761.
To remove the Bar, payment of your overdue balance is required or to reduce your balance below your credit limit.
