To log an ICT Service Request, follow Log a new ICT Service Request article
Steps
At the top of the view Service Request page, you can filter your search:
There is also a table showing all your Service Requests with current status and our Assigned agent that is working on your request
You can click on the View Detail button to look at the request including the Log information showing the progress of your Service Request
If our agent assigned to your Service Request requires more information, they will add a note to the Service Request which will send an email to the person who raised the Service Request.
You will then need to just provide the requested information as a new comment on the Service Request detail page for the agent to complete your Service Request
