ICT | Log new Service Request

Steps to log a Service Requests, MAC (Move, Add, Change) for all ICT Products

You should Know

Service Requests, sometimes referred to as MAC's (Move, Add, Change) requests are entered via the One NZ customer portal (Xport) https://onenz.xport.co.nz/ .

You can also track the status of your requests as well as add attachments and update notes from the Xport portal .

Your nominated administrator(s) will have access to log Service Requests.

Service requests are accessed from the Support menu within the portal. Here you can choose to log a new Service Request or view your requests

Steps

  1. Select which product you are raising a Service Request for.  
  2. Next Select the category of Service request 
  3. Followed by the case type 
    You will then be presented with a form requesting the information required to activate your service request.

In the form, you will be presented with the one-off charge for your Service Request, if applicable. At the bottom of the form, you can also add an attachment to your request.

Once you click the submit button you will receive a warning that there is a one-off charge associated with the Service Request. Click ok to accept the charge or Cancel to cancel the Service Request.
