This article contains steps to use a remote call divert on a business connection.

Before you begin

If you are calling from overseas you'll need to dial the international access code of the country you're calling from, followed by 64 83 083 215, then follow the steps below.

Note that calling charges apply if you're calling internationally, out of your local calling area, or from a mobile. Business landline call features

Steps

Follow these steps to arrange for calls to be diverted if you're away:

1. Lift the handset and wait for dial tone
2. Dial 083215
3. Enter your area code
4. Enter your phone number (i.e. the number of the phone you are diverting calls from)
5. Enter your PIN
6. Follow the prompts (i.e. press 1 to access Call Diversion)
7. Then follow the same instructions as for Call Diversion .
