Keeping your mobile's software up to date helps to ensure that you're getting the best from your device, as well as the latest features from the manufacturer.

Some mobile phones, like iPhone and various Android handsets, automatically alert you to the availability of new software. However, that's not the case for all mobiles and so we have a tool to help you check if you have the latest software version and how to install that software for all mobiles and devices in use on our network.

Check out our Device Guides , which have instructions for the majority of devices that use our network including mobiles, Vodems, iPads and more. Simply select the manufacturer and then the specific device from the list on the right. For software information, type 'Updating the software on my mobile' into the search box and click 'search'.
