If your Device is found or returned to you and we have block listed your device you will need to contact us on 0800 800 021 or call 777 from another mobile on our network. Select the option to speak to a customer service representative.
In order to be able to use your device on our network we will need to unblock list your device.
To unblock list you will need to confirm your 4-digit Security PIN and the date the device was returned to you. This will allow us to re-activate your device on our network.
