Our Prepay Plus Rollover plans ensures any unused data doesn’t go to waste.
That means any unused data from your Prepay Plus Rollover plan allowance are available for use during the next month.
You should know
- Unused data will rollover when your plan automatically renews.
- There is no cap to how much data can rollover.
- Ensure you check your balance before your plan is due to renew.
- Now you have 48 hours from when your plan goes on hold to renew it and keep your rollover balance.
- Rollover data last for 360 days from when they were first rolled over.
- Your oldest Rollover data is used first.

How could I lose my Rollover data?
You will lose your Rollover data allowance if:
- The plan does not renew after the 48 hours grace period as there's not enough credit.
- Rollover allowance expires - the balance expires 360 days after they were first carried over.
- You change plan to a non-Rollover plan
