One Business with Webex and One NZ SIP | Part-month charges

This article explains how part month charges will appear on your bill.

Why would a part month charge appear on your bill?

A part-month charge may appear on your bill if you are a new customer or an existing customer who has changed plans during your billing cycle.

This is because your connection date or the date that you have changed your services may not be the same as your billing date.

Why are billing dates different?

If you also have mobile plans on our network, you may notice that the billing dates are different to your One Business with Webex or One NZ SIP services.

This is because your billing cycle for mobile began on the date you signed up, whereas One Business with Webex or One NZ SIP are aligned to a calendar month.

When are invoices produced?

We'll let you know the day of the month your monthly invoice will be produced each month when you start your account, or you can find this in the top right hand corner of the front page of your monthly bill.

If you are an existing customer who changed plans part way through your billing cycle, your invoice will show a part month credit for your old plan.
