One Business with Webex | Do Not Disturb

This article covers the Do Not Disturb calling feature that you can manage through the One Business Mobile online portal in real time.

You should know

This feature prevents your phone from ringing. Callers are sent to Voice Messaging or another specified location, such as a number indicated by a Call Forwarding service.

Steps

  1. Login to the One Business portal
  2. Click the Incoming features tab
  3. Click the Do Not Disturb feature and the drop-down menu will be displayed
  4. Tick or untick the Enabled check box to turn off and on
    If you have an IP desk phone, you can select the play reminder when a call forwarded to play a short ring burst on your desk phone when a call is forwarded
    Note: this is not relevant for One Business Mobile
  5. When the service is on, a green tick will be displayed next to the feature.
