One Business with Webex | Call Waiting

This article contains information on the Call Waiting feature available with One Business with Webex and how to activate and deactivate the feature.

Before you begin

When you receive a phone call, while taking another call you will hear a beep on your handset, or pop up on the One Business app.

The original call can then be placed on hold while you answer the incoming call. You can go back to original call by hanging up.

Please first ensure that you have downloaded the Webex App, which can be done here:


  1. Open the Webex Application
  2. Ensure you are logged in
  3. Navigate to Call Settings
    For instructions on how to access the call settings for desktop and mobile, click here .
  4. From the drop-down menu select Incoming Calls
  5. If you want to:
    • Activate it - Toggle on Call Waiting
      Call Waiting is now on
    • Deactivate it - Toggle off Call Waiting
      Call Waiting is now off.
