This article contains information on how to access your call settings (which can be used to enable a range of calling features) on both your desktop and mobile One Business with Webex app.
Before you begin
Please first ensure that you have downloaded the Webex App, which can be done here:
- https://www.webex.com/downloads.html or from the app store.
Steps
Desktop
- Open the Webex Application on your computer.
- Ensure you are logged in
- Navigate to Call Settings
- Select Open Call Preferences
- Scroll down to Advanced Call Settings
Mobile
- Open the Webex Application on your mobile device.
- Ensure you are logged in
- Navigate to your Profile & Preferences (top left corner of your app)
- Select Settings
- Select Calling
